The homeowners wanted to keep the footprint but modernize every finish. We reworked cabinetry, ran new electrical for pendant lighting, and installed quartz counters with a full-height backsplash.

Challenges & Solutions
Existing plaster walls were out of plumb, so we furred and skim-coated to give the new cabinets a level baseline. Careful sequencing kept the family in the home throughout the project.
